What is Bin Ready Tote Rentals?
Bin Ready Tote Rentals is a family-run moving tote rental company in Kelowna, BC. We rent clean, reusable 102L waterproof plastic moving totes as a replacement for cardboard boxes. We drop off, you pack and move, and when you're done we pick the empty totes back up.
How does moving tote rental work?
1) We deliver clean 102L totes and a dolly to your door. 2) You pack at your own pace and move them wherever you're going. 3) When you're done, let us know and we pick up the empty totes.
How much does it cost to rent moving totes in Kelowna?
Week 1 pricing: Start package 20 totes $99, Apartment package 30 totes $149, Home package 40 totes $189, Family package 65 totes $249. Need a different count? Custom orders are $5 per tote per week. A dolly is included with every order.
What size are the totes?
We rent one size: a heavy-duty 102 litre (about 27 gallon) tote with a black base and a yellow snap-on lid.
Are the totes waterproof?
Yes. The lids snap shut to keep rain, sprinklers and dust out, so your things stay dry on a wet Kelowna driveway.
Is a dolly included?
Yes. A dolly is included with every order, so two people can move a stack of totes in one trip.
Which areas do you serve?
We deliver across Kelowna, including Glenmore, Dilworth, Upper Mission, Lower Mission and Rutland, plus West Kelowna, Lake Country, Peachland, Vernon and Penticton. Delivery in Kelowna is free; ask us about the areas outside Kelowna when you book.
Do you store my belongings?
No. Bin Ready is a tote rental, not a storage company. The totes stay with you at your place, in your truck and at your new home. When you're finished, we pick up the empty totes.
Are the totes clean?
Yes. Every tote is cleaned and sanitized before each rental.
Is renting totes better for the environment?
Yes. Our totes are reused move after move, replacing single-use cardboard boxes and packing tape that end up in the landfill.
What fits in a 102L tote?
Clothes, books, kitchen items, dishes, linens, bedding, decor, small tools, BBQ tools, yard supplies and pool gear. Furniture, bikes and large camping gear don't fit. Pack heavy items low and keep each tote liftable.
