Welcome to Bin Ready Tote Rentals. By renting our totes, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully as they outline the responsibilities of both the lessor and the lessee during the rental period. Our goal is to provide a seamless and eco-friendly moving experience for all our customers in the Kelowna area.

Rental periods are typically scheduled for one to two weeks, but extensions are available upon request, subject to availability. The totes provided are the property of Bin Ready Tote Rentals and must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear, or lost items, will be subject to replacement fees. Totes should be kept in a clean, dry, and secure environment. Lids should be snapped shut to ensure protection from environmental factors.

Delivery and pickup are included in our standard residential packages within the designated service areas. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the drop-off and pick-up locations are accessible and safe for our delivery team. A dolly is provided with every order to assist with ease of movement; this equipment is also the property of Bin Ready Tote Rentals and must be returned with the totes.
